Banana Milk 2 very ripe bananas, peeled 1/2 cup water 1/2 cup ice 1/4 teaspoon cinnamon Mix all ingredients in a blender until smooth. Use immediately. Yield: 2 servings (serving size: about 8 ounces or 1 cup)
